Mortadella Head

This is the best pizza you'll ever have. The Roman is the way pizza should be. It's not delicate thin bread with hints of flavor, it's a smack in the mouth of seasonings, super rich ricotta cheese (I don't know how they do that), nice veggies like eggplant and artichoke, and heavy bread that makes me think they could sell their pizza by the pound. It's really its own style of pizza. Not thin, and not deep dish Chicago, it's a decadent thick crust that all other thick crusts should envy.
